These terms legally govern every order, digital product delivery, and technical service provided by Vrento. By completing an order on our storefront, you unconditionally agree to all rules below.

Proof of Delivery & Claim Process
When you order on the website, complete payment, and fill in your transaction verification details in the checkout form, staff receives the order details immediately.
Once payment is verified, the customer contacts our official support desk (via Discord ticket or WhatsApp) presenting their Order ID. Credentials, keys, or files are then delivered directly in the private chat. The electronic transmission timestamp in chat constitutes 100% completed and legally binding delivery.
Website Checkout & Payment Proof Protocol
To ensure rapid processing and avoid fraudulent orders, customers must enter their exact payment verification details in the website checkout form:

After submitting your order, contact our Discord ticket or WhatsApp with your Order ID to claim your order. We usually respond fast in less than 1 hour. In rare edge cases, we respond within 24 hours maximum (which is almost impossible, but set as the absolute outer limit).

Custom requested products added to the storefront remain part of the public catalog for other clients to order as well. Standard finality of digital sales applies once delivered.
Rust Services, 50/50 Rule & Code Usage
For all custom Rust Services (Rust Map Design, Server Setup & Management, Custom Plugins, and Custom Map Prefabs), transactions strictly follow our 50/50 Milestone Contract:
- 1.Milestone 1 (50% Upfront Deposit): Following a consultation meeting on Discord where all project specifications are finalized, the customer pays 50% upfront. Once engineering, server provisioning, or map creation begins, this 50% deposit is non-refundable as it compensates for non-recoverable developer time and scheduling.
- 2.Live Inspection, Revisions & Scope: Staff will demonstrate the completed project inside a controlled environment (live test server, screen share, or video). Any adjustments or revisions must strictly follow the original agreement. Requesting new features outside the initial agreement constitutes a scope expansion and will result in a new negotiation and updated price.
- 3.Milestone 2 (Final 50% Settlement BEFORE File Release): NO files, plugin archives, map files, or server credentials are transferred until the remaining 50% balance is fully paid and confirmed on our ledger. Zero files will be released prior to 100% full settlement.
All custom developed plugins include 30 Days of Free Bug Support. If any bugs, console errors, or unexpected malfunctions appear within 30 days of delivery, our developers will patch and resolve them free of charge.
We deliver clean C# source code for custom plugins and map archives for server configurations. We do not use intrusive license DRM on source code; however, assets are delivered solely for your personal server use. Reselling or publicly leaking commissioned code or custom maps is strictly forbidden by contract, and doing so immediately terminates all 30-day bug support and future patch updates.
No Cash Refunds & Replacement Guarantee
Due to the consumable nature of digital licenses, game credentials, and code files, monetary cash refunds are strictly not provided.
While we do not offer monetary refunds, 100% free direct replacements are guaranteed if the defect or mistake originates from our end within the warranty period:
No replacements or compensations are offered for change of mind, lack of personal interest, or personal PC hardware inability.
Warranty Coverage (7-Day Accounts vs. 30-Day Plugins)
- •Credentials Invalid Upon Delivery: Immediate free replacement account.
- •Pre-Existing Account Lock: Free replacement if locked prior to your delivery timestamp.
- •Rust Custom Plugins: 30 days active support and code patching for bugs/errors.
- •Game Cheats / Hacks: Using third-party cheats, injection scripts, or macros in-game.
- •Post-Delivery Bans: Game anti-cheat bans (EAC, VAC, etc.) occurring after your delivery.
- •Credential Tampering: Changing master billing, passwords, or emails on shared accounts.
To claim a replacement on accounts, submit unedited video evidence demonstrating the login failure to staff within the 7-day warranty window.
Streaming Accounts (100% Private vs. 50% Shared)
Full Access Game Accounts (General): Upon receiving credentials, the customer is responsible for immediately securing the account by changing the password, updating the associated email, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You are fully responsible for your account security thereafter.
If access ceases within this 50% guaranteed window under normal compliant usage, staff will issue a free replacement profile. Altering master credentials, changing billing info, or placing PINs on other profiles immediately voids this guarantee with zero replacement.
Payment Disputes & Anti-Chargeback Actions
Because our website operates on a seamless guest checkout (no user registration required for quick ordering), initiating an unauthorized dispute, payment reversal, or chargeback via PayPal, bank, or card without contacting our support desk is classified as commercial abuse.
- •Immediate Forfeiture: All warranty timeframes immediately drop to zero, and all replacement rights or technical support are permanently terminated.
- •Evidence Submission: Complete transaction records—including the submitted Order ID, checkout IP address, payment receipt, and chat transcripts (Discord ticket or WhatsApp if you contacted us)—are submitted directly to the payment processor to contest the claim.
- •Permanent Refusal of Service: The associated payment handle, email, and contact info will be permanently banned from all future store transactions and support.

Vrento is an independent digital store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation, Steam, Netflix, Spotify, or Riot Games. All game titles, brand marks, and registered trademarks belong to their respective copyright holders.
This agreement is authored, maintained, and published exclusively in the English language. The English master text represents the sole legally binding contract and matches the cryptographic blockchain hash anchor.
Any translations rendered via automated translation tools (e.g. Google Chrome, Edge, DeepL) are for user convenience only. Vrento disclaims all liability for translation inaccuracies or altered DOM hashes. The on-chain English contract text governs unconditionally.
